1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the pbip website located at pbip.io (the "Platform"), including all sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, and any other products or services offered by pbip now or in the future.

1.2 By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any specific product rules, promotional terms, and the pbip Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. pbip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide reasonable notice to registered players of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 pbip operates this Platform solely for entertainment and gaming purposes for eligible adults. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money feature on the pbip Platform. pbip operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction and that your participation does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active pbip account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. Breaches of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent stages of the account lifecycle, including during any Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 KYC Verification. pbip is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure. Withdrawal requests above a standard threshold will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

2.6 The following persons are ineligible to hold a pbip account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, and close family members of pbip or its technology and content partners; and (d) any person acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purposes of placing bets.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pbip login credentials, including your username and password. pbip strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other platforms.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pbip accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

3.3 You must notify pbip support immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. pbip will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such a report.

3.4 pbip will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password in response to any such request, regardless of the apparent source.

3.5 pbip employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform to protect data in transit. However, pbip cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for security breaches resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the pbip Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion facility is provided. Players must ensure that their payment accounts are denominated in BDT or that their payment provider handles the conversion independently.

4.2 Supported Payment Methods. pbip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the point of transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer depending on the receiving institution. pbip does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. A player must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. pbip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests of any amount where there is a reasonable basis for doing so.

4.6 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your pbip account are your own, are derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pbip reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4.7 Inactive Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. pbip reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets placed on the pbip Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. pbip reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed the applicable maximum stake limit, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that pbip has reasonable grounds to believe are connected to fraudulent, corrupt, or collusive activity.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account status.

5.4 Odds Changes. For pre-match markets, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted. For in-play markets, pbip uses a brief suspension period to update odds and may reject a bet placed during a suspension. pbip accepts no liability for bets placed based on displayed odds that were subject to a processing delay.

5.5 Void Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to integrity concerns, or technical failure that results in incorrect odds or market availability. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

5.6 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a bet settlement must be raised with pbip support within 72 hours of the relevant event's result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. pbip's decision on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 14.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbip Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Registration or maintenance of more than one account per individual;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means of interacting with the Platform;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or other corrupt wagering activity;
• Collusion between players on poker, rummy, or any other multi-player game;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pbip for money laundering purposes;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at other players or pbip staff;
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting contrary to platform rules, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.

6.2 pbip employs automated fraud detection systems and human review processes to identify prohibited activity. Players are encouraged to report any suspected breach of these rules to [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the pbip Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, and data — is the intellectual property of pbip or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

7.3 The pbip brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of pbip. Nothing in these Terms confers any right to use pbip's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the Platform as a registered player.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 pbip processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

8.2 pbip collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving the Platform experience. pbip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pbip, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 pbip offers bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

9.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotional terms for each offer.

9.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

9.4 pbip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where pbip has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused. Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means will be voided and the relevant account may be closed.

9.5 Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are applied to the player's bonus balance separately from their real-money balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 pbip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. pbip's Responsible Gaming tools are described in full on the Responsible Gaming page, which forms part of these Terms.

10.2 Players may set the following limits directly from their account settings at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; and cooling-off periods. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a minimum 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting pbip support at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. pbip will take reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests across the Platform but cannot guarantee prevention of access through alternative means not within pbip's control.

10.4 pbip reserves the right to impose limits, cooling-off periods, or exclusions on any account where its responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour associated with problem gambling, even if the player has not requested such measures.

10.5 Gambling carries financial risk. You should only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose. If you believe your gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage you to contact pbip support immediately or seek assistance from an independent gambling support service.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by pbip. pbip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pbip reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the player is under 21 years of age; (d) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

11.2 Closure by Player. You may close your pbip account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, pbip will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal of your real-money balance, subject to completed KYC verification, before closing the account. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Where an account is closed by pbip due to a proven breach of these Terms, pbip reserves the right to retain any balance in the account and/or recover amounts already paid out where the winnings were derived from the breach in question.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The pbip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pbip makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pbip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 pbip's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pbip's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pbip operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pbip's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13.2 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

14. Contact & Complaints

14.1 For general enquiries, account assistance, or to report a suspected breach of these Terms, players may contact pbip at any time via:

14.2 Formal Complaints. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must submit it in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint", including your account username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, and any supporting evidence. pbip will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a full response within 5 business days.

14.3 pbip will handle all complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially. Where a complaint relates to a bet settlement or account balance dispute, pbip's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant transactions unless the player can demonstrate a clear technical error.
